 About our Repair Service
If a spare part is required to be ordered as it isn't in our stock, then an order is automatically raised with our supplier/ manufacturer. In most cases parts will be delivered to our stock within 2 working days. However some manufacturers can be slower and parts can sometimes be out of stock, and this will involve a longer wait.
Our office staff chase up suppliers/manufacturers every working day in an endeavour to obtain your parts as quickly as possible. As soon as the parts come in to our stock, our office staff will contact you and arrange the despatch.
